Air-Oil Heat Exchangers

Air-Oil Heat Exchangers with Alternating Current Electric Fan
Today the use of air in hydraulic equipment is more and more common.
The benefits are:
  • No water supply required
  • Totally independent of plummed systems
  • Reduced running costs in comparison with the water-oil exchangers, even if initial investment is higher
  • Residual warm air can be used for heating
With air-oil heat exchangers the radiator unit is made of aluminum for minimum conduction. The design of the radiative unit ensures high thermic yields and pressure resistance.

The AP series exchangers will cope well with water hammer stress, must not exceed the minimum allowable dynamic pressure of 20 bar. The maximum allowable static pressure is of 35 bar.
